Six Years of Practice, Connection, and Community.
On June 1, 2020, in a world experiencing unprecedented change, The Thread Yoga Collective was born.
What began as a simple vision—to create a space where people could gather, practice, connect, learn, and support one another—has grown into an extraordinary community rooted in compassion, authenticity, and belonging.
We're thanking the universe for these incredible six years by offering the upcoming Roots of Practice Immersion, led by Liza Bertini, Hari-kirtana Das, Corina Benner, Christine Bissonnette, Brian Henderson, and Tracey Chandler.
Take a look at the full program below.
It has never been just about yoga. It has always been about the people.
Over the past six years, we've shared thousands of classes, workshops, trainings, events, retreats, conversations, and moments of connection. We've watched friendships form, teachers flourish, and students deepen their practice.
As we evolved, so did our vision. In 2022, we launched The Circle of Thread Yoga, creating a virtual home where communities could connect beyond geography. In 2025, The Thread became part of The Circle of Yoga, allowing our community to remain deeply connected while becoming part of something even larger.
Much has changed since 2020. The world has transformed. We have transformed. Yet the heart of The Thread remains the same.
If you don't know very much about The Thread, this online immersion is the ideal opportunity to connect with us and what we do.
Much love! Liza & Brian.
