As the specialist trainer of this MBSR experience, Tam Terry—C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP— is a graduate, mentor, and faculty member of the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy and Co-lead faculty of Kripalu Schools Adaptive Yoga training. She's a Qualified MBSR Instructor through the Brown University Center for Mindfulness, weaving together evidence-based mindfulness with the heart of compassionate practice.
