LIVE ONLINE! Sunday, Jan 25, 2026: 9AM–12PM EST
In addition to their offerings within the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy, Ellen Schaeffer and Tam Terry are coming together for a rare, 3-hour experiential learning opportunity to help you ground, nourish, open, release, and find clarity as you transition into 2026 with strength and joy.
Ellen Schaeffer, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP is a yoga therapist, educator, and guide in transformational self-inquiry, with four decades of study and three decades of teaching experience. She is long-time faculty with the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy and previously owned and directed One Yoga Center in Rhode Island for 25 years. Grounded in psychology and human development, Ellen blends subtle body awareness, gentle movement, breath, and reflection to support people in opening to both the gifts and challenges of being fully human. Her work invites a compassionate, curiosity-based exploration—where practice becomes less about fixing and more about listening to what is ready to unfold.
A simple, accessible, steady practice to CREATE the SPACE for organic clarity to rise.
Tam Terry, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP is a graduate, mentor and faculty member of the Kripalu Schools Adaptive Yoga and Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. She is also a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor through Brown University Center for Mindfulness.
Join us. Give yourself the gift of grounding.
The turning of the year can stir reflection, yearning, and a longing for direction. Rather than setting resolutions or striving toward change, this 3-hour practice invites a gentler approach: grounding in the body, listening inward, and discerning what is truly needed in this moment.
